Complete Injections is conveniently located within Recover Physiotherapy at 18 Princes Street, in the heart of Norwich city centre.

The clinic is situated in the historic Tombland area of Norwich, between Elm Hill and Norwich Cathedral, making it easily accessible from Norwich city centre as well as the wider Norfolk area.

Our experienced clinicians specialise in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injection procedures for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot.

Our Norwich clinic works alongside the physiotherapy team at Recover Physiotherapy, providing access to specialist diagnostic ultrasound and injection procedures where these are clinically appropriate.

When indicated, clinical assessment, diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided injection treatment can be carried out during the same appointment.

At our Norwich clinic we offer the same specialist ultrasound-guided injection services available at our other Complete Injections clinics, including ultrasound-guided corticosteroid injections, hyaluronic acid injections, hydrodistension for frozen shoulder, barbotage and lavage for calcific tendinopathy, aspirations and Arthrosamid injections for knee osteoarthritis.

Complete Injections & Recover Physiotherapy
Complete Injections works alongside the team at Recover Physiotherapy to provide a complementary diagnostic and treatment service for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Where diagnostic ultrasound or injection treatment may be appropriate, Recover physiotherapists can refer patients directly to the Complete Injections clinic.

Not all musculoskeletal conditions require imaging or injection treatment. Where physiotherapy or rehabilitation is considered more appropriate, patients attending Complete Injections can be referred to the Recover Physiotherapy team for ongoing treatment and rehabilitation.

This collaborative approach gives patients access to physiotherapy, rehabilitation, diagnostic ultrasound and injection procedures where clinically appropriate, with both teams able to help patients access the service best suited to their needs.

The clinic is centrally located in the Tombland area of Norwich, close to Norwich Cathedral and Elm Hill. For satellite navigation, use NR3 1AE.

Travelling by car
The clinic can be reached from the main routes into Norwich. As with any city centre location, we recommend allowing a little additional time for traffic and parking before your appointment.

Travelling by train
The nearest railway station is Norwich Railway Station, approximately 1 km from the clinic. From the station, the clinic can be reached on foot, by local bus or by taxi. Taxis are available directly outside the station and provide a convenient option for patients who may have difficulty walking.

Norwich Railway Station has step-free access to all platforms. Passenger assistance is also available, including help boarding or leaving trains and ramp assistance where required. Norwich has direct rail connections with a number of locations across East Anglia and beyond, including London, Cambridge and Ipswich.

Travelling by bus
The clinic is well served by Norwich city centre bus services. The nearest bus stops are around Tombland and Upper King Street, both a short walk from the clinic. Additional services stop around Castle Meadow, providing connections from across Norwich and the surrounding area.

For patients arriving at Norwich Railway Station, local First Bus services 25 and 35 provide connections between the station forecourt and Norwich city centre. Norwich Park & Ride services can also provide a convenient alternative for patients who would prefer to leave their car outside the city centre and complete their journey by bus.

Parking & accessibility

There are several parking options within a short walk.

Monastery Court Car Park, Elm Hill, Norwich, NR3 1HN. Monastery Court is approximately 150 metres from the clinic and is open 24 hours.

St Andrew's Multi Storey Car Park, Duke Street, Norwich, NR3 3AT. St Andrew's is approximately 160 metres away and is also open 24 hours.

For Blue Badge holders, there are two dedicated Blue Badge parking bays on Princes Street, which currently have no time restriction. Patients with reduced mobility can also be dropped off close to the clinic entrance.

The Norwich clinic has level access, making it suitable for wheelchair users and patients with reduced mobility. There is a downstairs toilet available within the clinic.
