About Benfleet SS7 Clinic
Complete Injections is now able to offer a diagnostic ultrasound scanning and injection clinic in Essex in conjunction with Benfleet Physiotherapy.
Emerson Fenandez completed his post-graduate qualifications in injection therapy in 2015 and is also an experienced musculoskeletal sonographer. In addition, Emerson completed his Masters level study of Independent Prescribing and is able to consult, prescribe and advise on medications.
The combination of over 15 years of practice as a Physiotherapist and being able to offer ultrasound guided injections for the management of pain allows Emerson to offer a ‘one-stop shop’ clinic.
A full clinical assessment will be carried out including a diagnostic ultrasound scan and, if required, an ultrasound guided injection can also be administered at this appointment. Following the appointment you will also receive a letter detailing the diagnosis and any treatment carried out.
We are able to offer diagnostic imaging, ultrasound guided steroid injections and hyaluronic acid injections.

Getting here
When travelling from A127 take the A129 exit towards Rayleigh/Hadleigh at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Rayleigh Road/A129.
The clinic is on the right-hand side of the road after the Sainsbury’s traffic lights and fire station.
When travelling from A13 take the exit towards Canvey/South Benfleet, at Sadlers Farm roundabout keep left onto Sadlers Farm and slight left onto London Road/A13, follow the A13 through Benfleet at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Rayleigh Road/A129.
Continue down Rayleigh Road, past Virgin Active and straight across two mini roundabouts.
The clinic is then located slightly up the hill past the small row of shops on the left-hand side.
