About Wandsworth SW18 Clinic
At our Wandsworth clinic we offer therapeutic ultrasound-guided injections for peripheral (not spinal) soft tissue and joint problems. The clinic is on the first floor of Southside Shopping Centre, above Boots, in the heart of Wandsworth Town.
All injections are ultrasound-guided and performed by highly trained clinicians. They carry out these procedures as part of their daily practice and have extensive experience across both NHS and private settings. We always conduct a preliminary ultrasound scan and assessment, but for convenience, the scan and injection can be completed in a single visit, making it a highly efficient one-stop clinic for rapid pain relief.
Getting here
The clinic sits inside Southside Shopping Centre, between Garratt Lane and Buckhold Road. You will find Complete Physio on the first floor above Boots: walk along the side of the Boots store and take either the stairs or the lift.
By rail: Wandsworth Town station is approximately a 10-minute walk. Earlsfield is approximately 25 minutes on foot and Clapham Junction approximately 30 minutes on foot or a short bus journey.
By underground: East Putney (District Line) is approximately a 20-minute walk, or take a local bus into Wandsworth Town Centre.
By bus: routes 28, 39, 44, 156, 220, 270, 485 and 728 stop directly outside the centre. Routes 37, 87, 170 and 337 also serve Wandsworth Town.
Parking & accessibility
Southside Shopping Centre is easily accessible from the A3 and the surrounding South West London road network. Two on-site car parks are available for patients: Car Park 1, Garratt Lane / Mapleton Crescent, SW18 4AU; and Car Park 2, Neville Gill Close (off Buckhold Road), SW18 4BS.
The clinic offers full step-free access throughout. Lifts within Southside Shopping Centre serve the first floor, making the clinic fully accessible for wheelchair users and patients with mobility difficulties.
