From Bromley Town Centre:
• Head south on Bromley High Street towards Kentish Way (A21).
• Turn right onto Kentish Way (A21) and continue straight.
• At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Hayes Lane.
• Continue on Hayes Lane for approximately 1 mile.
• The Norman Park Community Sports Centre will be on your left, just after Norman Park.

From M25 (Junction 4):
• Exit the M25 at Junction 4 and follow signs for Bromley (A21).
• Stay on the A21 (Sevenoaks Road > Farnborough Common > Hastings Road) for about 6.5 miles.
• At Bromley Common, turn left onto Hayes Lane (look for the Esso petrol station on the corner).
• Drive for approximately 0.8 miles; the sports centre will be on your right.

From Bromley South Station:
• Exit Bromley South Station onto the High Street.
• Walk to Stop C on Elmfield Road (approx. 2-minute walk).
• Take Bus 119 (towards Croydon) or Bus 146 (towards Downe).
• Alight at the Norman Park / Hayes Lane stop (approx. 5-7 minutes).
• Walk 2 minutes along Hayes Lane—Norman Park Community Sports Centre will be on your left, just past the park entrance.

From Bromley North Station:
• Walk to the Bromley Town Centre (approx. 5 minutes).
• Catch Bus 119 or Bus 146 from the High Street or Kentish Way.
• Follow the same steps as above—alight at Norman Park / Hayes Lane and walk to the entrance.

From Central London:
• Take a National Rail train from London Victoria to Bromley South (approx. 18 minutes).
• Follow the local directions above from Bromley South Station.

The clinic is located inside the main trackside building on the first floor.
Walk along the long side of the track where you will find a lift that will take you to the clinic which is on the first floor.
