Complete Injections provide ultrasound guided steroid injections for an all-inclusive price of £250 for all standard injection procedures.
We provide cortisone injections for the knee, shoulder, hip, ankle and range of joints and wide range of soft tissue structures around the body including treatment for bursitis, tendon pain and arthritic joints.
Advanced procedures including hydrodistension for frozen shoulder and barbotage for calcific tendinitis are £280.
Hyaluronic acid injections start from £290 per injection per joint (Ostenil plus £290 or Durolane £350).

Complete Injections has four clinics based conveniently in central London near transport hubs as follows:
Angel – Inside the Business Design Centre
Lime Street– opposite Lloyds building a short walk from Bank tube station and 10 mins walk from Liverpool St and Tower Hill
Chelsea – close to South Kensington tube station and a number of popular bus routes through South West London.
Swiss Cottage – close to South Hampstead overground, and Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road tube stations. There is also meter parking directly outside the clinic.

What do our services include?
Complete Injections are priced competitively to provide affordable ultrasound guided injections for pain relief. We have a standard, all-inclusive price structure for ultrasound guided injections starting from a standard corticosteroid injections for £250.
This includes:
- Expert physical assessment
- Ultrasound scan evaluation
- Ultrasound guided injection and report.
We also offer ultrasound guided injection of hyaluronic acid.
We have two products: Ostenil Plus 40mg in 2ml (recommended for smaller joints e.g hands, wrist) and Durolane 60mg in 3ml (recommended for larger joints e.g. hips, knees).

Complete Injections keep prices affordable by offering a one-stop-shop assessment and treatment clinic. Many providers of injections may require you first to attend for an assessment, then send you for a scan and then review you before oftentimes being sent to yet another appointment in order to receive the injection. Also, key to this is that the patient may have as many as three or four people involved in their care.
Complete Injections has developed a unique one-stop-shop pathway whereby you are assessed, scanned, reviewed and injected by a single clinician within a single appointment. This saves time and money and allows us to provide a first class and efficient service at a highly competitive rate.
